Companies must clarify possible breaches of duty, examine measures under employment law and at the same time consider criminal law risks. This raises the following questions: What are employers&#8217; obligations to investigate? When can dismissals be considered? Under what circumstances is it sensible or even necessary to press charges and when can this prove to be detrimental?
