Dr. Pragal was admitted to the bar in 2007 and has been a specialist lawyer for criminal law since 2012, working exclusively in the field of criminal law.
Dr. Pragal focuses on the defence of individuals and enterprises in all areas of commercial criminal law.
Beyond this, Dr. Pragal advises companies in compliance crises and often also accompanies internal investigations as a criminal law consultant. He is co-author of the handbook “Richtiges Verhalten in der Compliance-Krise” [“Adequate management of the Compliance Crisis”] (1st edition 2023; ed.: Dr. Philipp Engelhoven).

Kristina Konrad
Kristina Konrad is a certified Compliance Officer (Univ.) and certified AI Compliance Officer (bitkom).
She has many years of in-house experience in legal, compliance and corporate governance departments of large and mid-sized companies. Her focus includes developing and enhancing compliance management systems, conducting internal investigations, implementing anti-corruption measures and providing strategic advice to regulated businesses.
Ms Konrad is also well connected within relevant industry associations.
ProfileJulian Werner
Mr Werner has been admitted to the bar since 2025 and specialises in criminal law and white-collar criminal law. He studied law in Hamburg (Bucerius Law School) and in India, and completed both state examinations in Hamburg.
He gained practical experience during his studies in a criminal law boutique and deepened his knowledge during his legal clerkship, including placements at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the General Prosecutor’s Office, a criminal defence lawyer, and a correctional facility. Today, he advises and defends individuals and companies in complex white-collar and general criminal proceedings, with particular focuses on corporate crime and medical criminal law.
