Maximilian Koch

Maximilian Koch has been admitted to the bar since 2018, practising in white-collar and tax criminal law, and represents both private individuals and companies in complex criminal proceedings as well as regulatory offence proceedings. The main focus of his legal practice is, in particular, tax and white-collar criminal matters, including proceedings involving fraud, breach of trust, corruption offences, insolvency and labour criminal law, as well as corporate-related criminal law issues.

In addition, Maximilian Koch represents injured parties in criminal proceedings and advises companies on selected compliance and risk issues, particularly in connection with money laundering prevention, corruption avoidance, and criminal risks in corporate transactions.

Prior to joining “Pragal Rechtsanwälte”, Maximilian Koch spent eight years practising at a renowned boutique law firm for white-collar and tax criminal law.
